To make the most of your networking time, this dinner will not be seated. Food stations and tasty roving options will free your feet up to move, mingle and dance as you please! We recommend you factor this into your footwear for the evening.
GALA DINNER FAQS
Date and time – Monday 3 June 2019, 6.00pm – 11.30pm
Location – Doltone House, Darling Island, 48 Pirrama Rd. Pyrmont NSW
Dress code – Cocktail/Business casual (please feel free to incorporate some Mexican flare into your attire)
Getting to the Gala Dinner
Following the close of Session Block 5 at 5.45pm on Monday 3 June, Summit delegates can make their way to the Gala Dinner via the following options:
Walking – Meeting next to the spiral water feature outside the ICC Sydney, delegates will be walked to Doltone House, Darling Island. This is a 10-15 minute walk along a mostly flat route.
Bus transfer – If you are unable to walk to the Gala Dinner, you can register for the bus transfer. Please note that registration is essential for this option. Details of the meeting point will be provided to registrants ahead of the Summit.
After the Dinner
After Party – Anyone wishing to continue the fun after the Gala Dinner has ended will be walked to the Pyrmont Bridge Hotel from Doltone House at 11.30pm. Please let the events team know on the night if you would like to be included in this group and don’t forget your ID!
Getting home – Attendees should arrange their own travel home from the Gala Dinner. Please note that bus transfers back to the ICC, Sydney will not be provided.
