Cancellations
As the Institute incurs costs prior to the commencement of this event, no refunds will be available after 5.00pm Friday 26 April 2018. Substitutions must be received in writing by Friday 26 April 2018. In the unlikely circumstance that this event is cancelled, delegates will be responsible for their own travel and accommodation.
