At the Actuaries Institute, we understand the value mentors bring to the profession. Mentors help develop a new generation of actuaries, cultivating their skills for a world of opportunity. HQ’s new pilot mentor program is run exclusively for members, to participate as mentees or mentors. This ten-month initiative matches more experienced professionals (mentors) with upcoming practitioners (mentees) who are looking to maximise their potential and achieve their professional goals.
Designed and rolled-out with the Young Actuaries Advisory Board (YAAB), this program launches in early July 2022 and finishes in April 2023.
30 mentee spots are available. We are looking for a diverse range of participants, with applicants being assessed on the strength of their application.
