You release The Institute of Actuaries of Australia ( “ the Institute”), its officers, employees, affiliates, licensees, agents and assigns, including any member of a investigating committee, disciplinary tribunal or appeal board or other person ("Associated Parties") in connection with the handling of a pre-lodgement inquiry, investigation of the complaint and any associated disciplinary process, disciplinary outcome, notification or publication, from any and all present and future liabilities, including, but not limited to:
- claims, demands or suits;
- losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from any wrongful, wilful or negligent act or omission by the Institute any of its Related Parties; or
- any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits or anticipated profits, loss of goodwill or loss of reputation, loss of data, even if notified of the possibility of such potential loss or damage;
that may arise in connection with any pre-lodgement inquiry and/or the complaint including your participation in the investigation of the complaint.
